How do I cancel my order?

  • Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your email address and your password. Login Here
  • Step 2 - Once logged into your Account, your order will be listed under Recent order history. Locate the order you wish to cancel.
  • Step 3 - After you have located your order, look to the right of the page under "status". If your status shows as "Complete" or "In-Progress", your order has entered the shipping process and cannot be cancled if the order status is on "Backorder" or "Pending" simply select the drop down menu and select "Canceled" and then hit the update buttom.

    Please note that this is a request only. Your item may enter the shipping process before we can cancel it.
